Heat the air fryer to 190°C / 375°F for 3 minutes.

Make sure the broccoli is completely dry, then toss with the oil, garlic powder, salt and chilli flakes.

Spread in a single layer in the basket.

Cook 6 to 8 minutes, shaking once halfway, until the tips are charred and crisp and the stems are tender when pierced.
