Heat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F for 3 minutes.

Pat the shrimp dry and toss with the oil until glossy, then with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Spread in a single layer in the basket, working in two batches if needed.

Cook 3 minutes, shake the basket and cook 3 to 4 minutes more, until pink, opaque and curled into a loose C.

Tip into a bowl, squeeze over lemon and scatter with parsley.
