  1. Heat the oven to 210°C / 410°F. Toss the potatoes with the oil, garlic, thyme and half the salt on a large tray in one layer.

  2. Season the chicken with the remaining salt and the pepper and set it skin-side up on the potatoes. Add the lemon.
