Hedgehog Slice

Line a 20 cm square tin with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the sugar and cocoa until smooth.

Whisk in the egg and cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and is steaming hot. Take off the heat and stir in the vanilla.

Mix the crushed biscuits, coconut and walnuts in a large bowl. Pour in the chocolate mixture and stir until everything is coated.
