Rinse the rice in a sieve under cold water until it runs nearly clear. Drain well.

Put the rice, water and salt in the pot and stir once.

Lock the pressure cooker lid, set the valve to sealing and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.

Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release the rest. Fluff with a fork and stir in the butter.
