Making Pita Pizza

Heat the oven to 220°C / 430°F (200°C / 390°F fan). Bake the pitta breads on a tray for 2 minutes.

Mix the purée, water, oregano and salt. Spread over the pittas.

Top with the mushrooms, sweetcorn and cheese.

Bake for 6 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are crisp.
