1. Chill a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes, and a small glass for the prosecco too.

2. Scoop the pulp of 2 passion fruit into a cocktail shaker.

3. Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice and vanilla syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
