Heat the oven to 220°C / 430°F. Toss the pumpkin with 2 tbsp of the oil, the cumin and salt and spread on a tray. Roast for 15 minutes.

Add the onion and chickpeas with 1 tbsp of the oil and roast for 15 minutes more.

Whisk the remaining oil with the lemon juice. Cool the tray for 5 minutes, then toss with the rocket, feta, dressing and seeds.
