Blend the raspberries with 100 ml of the cold water until smooth. Press the mixture through a fine sieve into a large jug and discard the seeds.

Stir in the lemon juice, sweetener and the remaining cold water until the sweetener dissolves. Taste and add a little more if you like.

Chill the jug for 15 minutes if you have time. Stir in the sparkling water just before serving.
