Making Turkey Avocado Wrap

  1. Mash the avocado with the lime juice in a small bowl until mostly smooth.

  2. Lay the tortillas flat and spread the avocado over each, right to the edges. Spread the mustard over the avocado.

  3. Layer the turkey, lettuce and tomato down the middle of each tortilla and add the pepper.

  4. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Cut in half on the diagonal.
