How to Make Za'atar Chicken

Heat the oven to 200°C / 390°F. Mix 3 tbsp of the za'atar with the oil, lemon juice and salt and rub over and under the chicken skin.

Spread the onions in a roasting tin and set the chicken on top, skin-side up.

Roast for 40 minutes until crisp and cooked through.

Sprinkle with the remaining za'atar and serve with the onions and yoghurt.
